Hello, I have been looking around at different Frequency groups.
Some of which are among these groups :
140.0000
150.0000
160.0000
170.0000
I noticed that out on the far right of the line that they may have been listed on, listed under ( Mode ) , they would have a ( P25 )
Does this mean that these Frequencies are part of some sort of Trunking System ????
I was at first looking at them as a Conventional group, but when I saw that, I begin to question them since I am still quite new to scanning .
A couple of the groups I was looking at were:
Railroads
Air-ambulances

TNX for the information, just been trying to scout up some extra groups other than the norm.
Course I still have a lot to do on that also.

In addition to what WA0CBW says. . .

As a rule, if a frequency has its own line in the database, with the frequency being in the first column of that line, it will be a conventional frequency.

If the frequency is clustered among other frequencies, it will be a trunked frequency. Typical just above this "cluster" of frequencies, you'll see the words "System Frequencies".
