Due to work I cannot say a lot but for what it is worth a lot is defunct in database statewide in regards for conventional analog.
Many are on or going to vhf or 700 digital type trs systems.
With that one must understand and learn their hardware (scanners) and either get the data themself or submit updates.
This process was slow however isn't anymore.
Most won't notice as patches and simulcast is being done to conventional side of things in places while most are using trunked 700 and or vhf new assignments in trs end. Once completed entirely only then year to two after will people ask did they get a new system.
Take it for what's it's worth. Yes unfortunately the dreaded is in places.
The game is changing and has for NM.
