Getting Access Denied Error on Calls

I noticed some of my feeds are coming up on the Calls display but not playing. When I hit the download arrow I get this:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I cleared my browser cache but still get the error.

I have been seeing this too. Some transmissions on the individual TGs of a node do not play, and when you try to download it, shows up as "Access Denied"
