Glendale Fire E1595/1599

Does anyone know what the new E1595 and E1599 designations actually are? Started hearing them today but as far as I'm aware Glendale didn't get two additional engines (note, these were in addition to all the regular Glendale engines that seemed to be operating so it didn't appear to be reserve units).

Those Engines are Glendale Regional Public Safety Training Center engines that are staffed by veteran Captains and Engineers, along with two trainees to get them field experience.

Phoenix E99, E98, and E97 are all training engines as well.
