Anyone know of any GMRS repeaters in the Madison area? Also, where can I find a good set (easy to understand) of the GMRS regulations?

The Lakes Area GMRS Repeater Group has affiliated repeater systems in Madison, and most of the South Central and Southeast portions of the state. We have one in central Wi and one in Southwestern Wisconsin. Many in Illinois also.
