Not that I know anything about the area, but both buildings have at least one cell site, and the one ve3nsv indicated has what appears to be 3 repeaters pointed in one direction and 1 pointing in the opposite direction, if you trust the antennas shown .. the other building has at least 4 towers with unidentifiable antennas on them (and possibly another cell site on the far backside of the building).

No it is that building, you can clearly see the three stacked 210C2 that is used on most if not all Fleetnet sites as well as the single 210C2 on the side of the elevator shaft that is used for Ambulance PCOM and OPP SIM 11.

Not sure about why the lack of a microwave dish but this site is the closest to the zone controller in Cambridge and is possibly connected by other means unless it just isn't visible in the picture. Maybe Andy can advise whether a Microwave licence is shown on Spectrum Direct or not.

God only knows what is on the other building but I know a ton of paging transmitters for sure. Maybe tomorrow I will search those coordinates on TAFL and see what shows up.

- the lower left is 1 Cedarwoods: Brinks and 900 MHz pagers

- the lower right is Rogers 800 & PCS at 1 Cedarwoods and the stuff on Kingsway Drive (Rogers microwaves, Walmart)

Notice how the licenses at 1 and 16 are broken up - different techs have different ideas about the respective coordinates.

Looks like it's gone. Just the generic Google map comes up.
I guess he's left this sandbox to play somewhere else, seeing as he hasn't logged in since April.

What happend with the google map is that right after he finshed he something happend with all google maps and they all went blank, he thought that it was a perm thing so he went ahead and deleted the map not knowin google was working on it. So all the work was lost.

Yeah that is a shame. I know I've seen one of my large Google maps "disappear" once or twice. First time it happened and I panicked. Fortunately I did not delete it.

Wintertime is upon us. Perhaps he'll redo it from scratch, or perhaps someone else will. It's not like i need it. I don't live in CA. But, I do like to look at the maps.

I'm back at it again. What was mentioned earlier is correct. the map was blank for days and I thought something was up.. Google was actually updating some things.. but in the meantime I deleted it.

Anyways.. I'm starting with zone 2.. then 1.. then 3 and 4.

511 and the Tatlock Road is an old Bell tower.
There is a Lanark County Fire Repeater on the tower. The OPP are not on this tower

I came across some pics a while back of some yahoo kids drinking beers up on that tower in Tatlock. Looks pretty scenic. Makes me want to climb it and take some pics of my own. BUT.. I'm not 16 and stupid anymore. Well.. not as stupid as I was @ 16 anyways. ;]

thats what i do... zoom in on sat as close as i can... most time you can tell where the guy wire slabs are to triangulate ehere the tower is.. or the clearead grass.
