The problem you are having is because you are in decimal format which shows up as 4 numbers 0000. You need to switch your scanner to AFS formatting which will be like 00-000. It makes it alot easier to track and you will know exactly who it is that is talking. I have the harnett county system programed in my pro-96 and pro-2096 in AFS format. If you have Alpha text tagging capabilities..it makes it alot better too rread understand. To change it on my scanner you press PROG then you press TRUNK When you see the banks listed and your system talkgroups under it. Press FUNC and 2. That is how to do it on my scanner. Im not sure what kind of scanner you have but I hope this helps
