The question might get better answers in another forum on this site, but a pre-programmed, digital, scanner is a tall order (especially programmed correctly for you).

The iScan, is a user-selectable scanner that incorporates this RR database (but it's only analog, so no DPS).

You might want to look in these forums for better answers.

Max, I'm trying to think of a way to satisfy the DPS void I have (my favorite agency to monitor).

uh, buy a new Digital scanner ... dual stereo input audio card and request a new feed maybe????
