HDSDR Display Question

For someone who is new to software defined radio in general and HDSDR in particular...

Would someone be kind enough to explain what the two displays outlined in red are and if/how they are different from the top two displays?

The bottom displays are the spectral display and waterfall for the demodulated signal. They show you the frequency content of the demodulated audio that you are hearing when you are tuned into one of the signals shown in the top display.

Thank you. I couldn't seem to find anything on the website and I haven't had much luck with searching the last few days. I know what I want to search for, but when I actually begin to type the search terms, my mind switches off...
