Because like i have said 150 times before EBay and Paypal suck they don't care as long as they get paid screw the customer. This guy will do a few more and then shut down and move on under another name... When you grab $10,000 its not hard to resetup... Besides you have to catch the guy and fraud isn't a very hard offense.. Mail fraud is and Paypal payments are not mail fraud.. I feel sorry for the guys that get stung by Paul.... His movements fit the pattern..... It wont be long he will reappear with a prepaid visa card and a new mail box rental and he will be off to the races again... Thats all it takes....

Hmmmmm that might just be the case! I might be able to get out of paying the fees if he claims payment wasnt sent. But how many more times can he do this before someone decides they are going to hunt his crooked a$$ down and do him in?
