Here's an idea to find out what this guy is really all about... His ad states: "local pick up available". Just email him and ask him what his address is prior to bidding! I'm betting he either won't give a legitimate address or will tell you he'll "meet" you somewhere!

He claimed that several RR members had been to his home to pick up items when I talked with him. None of those RR members ever came forward.

FYI, his Paypal sucks auction has now been removed by Ebay.

Aww what a shame.Wonder why ebay would do that lol. Now in his ads it says .

Ebay kicked my auctions off due to me putting PAYPAL comments in the auction.

Here it is again.

BRAND NEW IN BOX.

Super Fast shipping.

I got my money back from him via paypal, but instead of clicking on the refund button on his end of the dispute, he sent me money which shorted the amount I sent him, he did take care of that also. I had to call paypal three times to make sure this would not blow up in my face. Then the dispute would not go away, paypal had to close the dispute internally it took almost 48 hours

I would not buy anything from someone with the writing skill he shows in his ads.

But I would like a GPS receiver for $0.99.

You & me both pal! You'd probably be lucky to get the box for $0.99 :D
Then again, it's hard to send someone the box when you didn't even have it in the first place

Seller's payment instructions
Please pay within 5 dyays. Paypal takes way to much money for this type of auction. I TIRED it and they ended up getting too much money and i didnt make anything. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or local pickup can be arranged. I do many hamfests around the north and I will have scanners for sale there ALASO.

Shipping is $40, and insurance is required he states for $5.
