About DMR Tier III area.site:
I purchased DSD + 2.235 / Fast Lane Release. When I scan the Hytera Tier III system, how can I change the Networks file, I cannot convert the IDs into the CPS-P3 numbering scheme. I have read many days ago in the forum, but I still can't solve it. I hope everyone can help:
1) When using 2.235, only "L plus number" is displayed below the Event log, but 1.0.1DSD + 1.101pt [Public Release] does display "Current site: L1-1.6",
2) According to DSD + 2.235 scan, my current frequency shows "DCC = 1 CSBK ECC / RAS Bcast SysCode = 10.0000.00000101 AB;" The data calculated according to this should be:
Default model: Large (10), Default NID: 1 (0000), Default Area Size: 5, Default Area: 1 (00000), Default Site: 6 (101)

3) I have tried to add "TIII, 1,‘ Name ’, 5, CPS-P3” to DSDplus. Networks, and also added “TIII, 1,1.6,433.6625,0.0,0” to the .frequencies file. But nothing happened.
4) I need to know now if I can convert the TGs and radio IDs in the event log to the CPS-P3 numbering scheme
Thank you for your help

Not sure if this is related, but...
In 2.197 DSD showed DMR Tier III site IDs correctly, such as L1-5.6;
In 2.235, using single dongle trunk tracking, it shows most sites as L1 (on the L size Tait and Mot systems around here)
If using two dongles, the site ID shows correctly.

Thank you for your reply, I now use single dongle and with DSD + / FMP24 Fastlane suite. In the DSD + event log menu, select "Open network / site loader". Then select it to force it into a CPS-P3 numbering scheme. It seems that SDR # / DSD Fastlane does not read the network settings. It may be a problem that I haven't set up myself.

I have a Hytera TIII that I can monitor 2 sites on.
If I remove all my records on the system, the Network/Site shows up as:
Current Network: L13
Current Site: L13-1.4
The bottom margin shows:
TIII (HYT) Site:L13-1.4 DCC:3 NL:1.2 1.3 1.5

I believe 13 is the default ID although it perhaps it may change by manufacturer, installer or country.
I add the system along with CPS-P3 to the Networks file:
TIII, 13, "xxxx TierIII", 5, CPS-P3
and it runs fine with all the IDs showing up properly.

Did you solve this problem?
I had the same problem with the 2.235.
In HYT TIII site,it only shows the site like LX-XX not LX-X.X .
The CPS-P3 didn't show correctly.

It is not completely solved. Even I used FMP24 / DSD + Fastlane, I need to select "Site loader" in the "control" menu to force the change to the CPS-P3 numbering scheme. If I don't do this step, only area (L + 5) is displayed instead of area-site (L1-1.5). From the scanned Syscode, it should be automatically adjusted to CPS-P3, but I don't know why it is not.

Perhaps send a raw recording file to DSDPlus author. You can type "r" in Event log window or use the menu and make a 20-30 second recording.

It sounds like it isn't recognizing the System ID until it is forced to use the site chosen.

Yes, I got SysCode = 10.0000.00000101 from the scan data. The normal calculation result should be (00000 + 101) L1-1.6, but my fast channel calculation is to calculate the last eight digits (00000101) together as 5. I tried sending the data to the author, hoping he wouldn't ignore it!

I had send a copy of raw data to the author,he told me the issue should be resolved in DSD+ 2.242.

And is it?

I have received an email reply from the author saying that "The‘ L + number ’issue should be resolved in DSD + 2.242.” "New version 2.242" popped up two hours ago, but I failed to download, try downloading tomorrow or wait for their email to link!
