Help Butel Programming Software!

i downloaded my SCANNER SOFTWARE FROM BUTEL DIRECTLY.

THEY NEVER SENT A DISC.

I WENT THEIR DOMAIN TODAY. IT IS FOR SALE!

DO YOU THINK SCANNER MASTER WOULD HELP ME?

This is your problem,not the vendoers.Why didn't you make a cd backup of your programs ??

Visit the website, click "Contact" and then either send an email via the link, or follow whatever instructions you need to.

Here's the info copy/pasted from Butel's website:

> 'Help I lost my registration'

If you lost your registration code we can lookup your registration but we need the following information from you:

* Which software you purchased
* Exact purchase date
* Email used for registration
* Transaction ID (see credit card/Paypal history)

If any information is missing we can not process your request.

Processing these requests have low priority since you are responsible for storing the registration in a safe place, typical processing time of these requests is 2-4 weeks.
We can only lookup registration codes that were emailed. If you purchased a CD and lost the box you must purchase a new CD.
If you purchased from a dealer you must contact that dealer.

It sounds like you lost all information on your hard drive when you had a virus on your computer and had to redo everything but as long as you have your registration keys all you have to do is download the software from Butel.
The DEMO software you get from Butel is the same as the registered version except that it needs the registration keys to unlock it!!!

Without your registration keys you will have to go to Butel and see if they will help you.

As long as you have your registration keys just download the demo again from Butel and use the keys to activate it.

BUTEL is still in buiness, I have been emailing Gommert with questions and getting replies.

The first thing I did when I purchased the program from BUTEL (and goes for any program I purchase online) I burn a copy onto a CD and use notepad with all my information so when I have to I have the back-up.

You don't say which scanner it is but you could try looking at:

and if necessary become involved in the project. Already looking better than the Buysenware and the price is right.

Don't panic about your computer, but don't count on Butel, either.

If you registered for it, I believe Butel should have sent you the registration codes by email. You might want to check your old emails to see if you still have it. You can, as others have mentioned, re-download the install package and use your codes with it with no problem.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I received emails for both of my purchases from Butel. They might not have always done this.

I have had nothing but very quick responses from Butel.

I received the above software. I loaded it into my pc window 7. I am having registering it. 1.1-1.2 says, enter register code, but I don't know where to enter it.

Run the software, follow the onscreen instructions to Register and carefully inter your CODE exactly with the spaces etc.
