Help Needed on Repeater Locations

I'm trying to figure out where the following repeaters are located. Since they're federal, they're not going to be in the FCC database. Can someone monitor these and tell me what you hear, the signal strength, and your location, please? Because of my location, it's hard to determine where these are coming from. Thanks.
