Okay I'm an idiot the codes on the side that say Dec and Hex how do I enter them into the scanner

You can't trunk track with that radio (or to put it in the local parlance, 'that dog won't hunt', hi). You need a digital trunktracker to hear the state of Delaware systems.

You still could enter the conventional stuff found on the Kent County page that was given earlier, though. Mike

If you can still return it, take back that BC75XLT and get yourself a BC125AT. The alpha tags are definitely worth the extra bucks.

Also, check out the 396XT for digital stuff. It's a nice handheld scanner.

I know it's not digital. I was just saying that the 125AT is the better of the two if he decides to stick with that budget.

A 396XT is twice as much money and a 436HP is even more.
