Help programming Guilderland PD

I'm quite a bit rusty with programming... Guilderland PD appears to be trunked EDCS. I think I found the frequencies (Albany County Simulcast) and have the site programmed to that but I'm having trouble programming the groups (can't find the TGID?) and obviously not hearing anything... Any kind members want to help out?
I have a Uniden BCT15X.

It's not EDACS, it's P25. You're out of luck, as the BCT15X is an analog only scanner, it has no ability to decode P25 digital systems.

... how about Guilderland FD?

Anything you see listed on the Albany/Schenectady trunked system page is P25 digital. I suggest looking at the Albany County page and finding frequencies listed as FMN, which your scanner can decode.

Guilderland FD dispatch and Fire Ops 1 is still repeated over to their analog frequencies but otherwise PD and EMS are on the county system only. Try 154.22 (FD disp) and 154.25 (ops 1). Happy to help as a local if you have any questions
