I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this question, but if it is not maybe someone will help or delete this post.
I have tried to get "powell valley electric", located in sneedville, tn to work on several scanners that I have. I have dmr, nxdn and provoice options on these
scanners. When I download the frequencies, all I hear is a buzzing like sound. Radioreference just says NFM or somthing like that.
