Help with programming

Does anyone have a freescan file for OK/OKC area's that I can get a copy of? Just got a 396XT and trying to get everything I can programmed into it. I'm interested in seeing how you guys are organizing the systems, TG's, etc. I use to my old BC9000XLT so I feel like I'm learning all over again since I've not touched a digital/trunked scanner until yesterday.
