Idk what you have but I would start with the last date.

There will only be a archive if you told ezscan to make and archive, if you have , when you select restore from archive it should bring up the list of all your archives, select the one you want to use.

the archive by default will be in a documents folder, it will be a ZIP file and start CDAT then a date starting with the year.

If that is a generic card replace it with a SANDISK 8gb class 4 from Amazon for under $9 shipped with prime, I recommend you get one to keep on hand, pre-program it. pop it in if needed. with minimal down time.

Well this doesn't seem to have put the phase 2 capability back on the scanner it can't receive phase 2.

Is p25 p2 stuff in that archived data? You will have check in ezscan under the trunked radio system tab, also make sure the library is up to date and that data has updated the data you have programmed into ezscan and then transferred to the scanner.

there was a p25 phase 2 system in that archive and i uploaded that archive but it still wont decode phase 2.

It seems like the software that it was using for the phase 2 system was erased when i did the sd card reformat.

The CPU and or DSP firmware may be corrupt, because it is hacked. It will take more technical skill then you have, not to mention the files needed have been removed from the internet, the cheapest and easiest fix would be to send it to whistler and pay $59.99 for the legacy upgrade.

In the meantime search the radio shack thread for pro-668 loss of P25 reception and maybe there is something in there that I can't remember.
