Help with talkgroup ID's "Bueller, Bueller, Class, Moderators, Anyone"

I have been looking at the new information for Sioux City, IA wich is my area but I have one question? How do I find the talkgroup numbers for this area in the database?
Is the DEC the talkgroup # and also what is Hex And Mode for??

The DEC is the TG ID; not sure why the need for HEX in a scanner; and I think MODE is D for digital, E for encrypted, A would be analog.

HEX Talk group IDs are not for scanners. They're for Motorola Radios only. We only program the DEC IDs into our scanners.
