NC VIPER Tac channels, can't hear anything when they are switching over to that channel. I have downloaded latest channel list using Sentinel software. This is the second HomePatrol 2 I have had, the first one worked great got all the channels, but it stopped charging and the socket for the cord was loose and would not stay plugged in. I sent it back was under warranty sent me a new one and have never been able to hear on the channels I was getting on the other one. I get the main channels for fire,ems,police.
