I just downloaded the new firmware and I am not happy with it.
How can I go back to the previous version?

Thanks,
Ed

My NXDN and DMR receiving is better than before with some range improvements
I'm also seeing more decoding stability on Cap+ systems I monitor. Southwest Airlines @ Midway was a tad busier than normal yesterday due to fog, FAA ground holds, cancellations, peeved passengers and gave it a good run to check.

What if I don't activate ProVoice? Will that make a difference?
No as the ProVoice upgrade merely unlocks what is already coded into the firmware. Same with the DMR and NXDN upgrades. Basically the charge is to pay royalty / licensing fees to the patent holders of those modes. Licensing fees for the more common "standard" modes is built into the price of the radio.

My SDS100,200 is having a hard time with Delaware smart zone system now with the new update. I’m getting a lot more digital gargle now.
I'm in Berlin and not having any issues as far as I can tell receiving the DE system using an SDS200. I'll do some more testing.

I just flashed the SDS100 and noticed that the SDS200 is doing better - the 100 is missing most calls the 200 gets even though 5 bars. Working on it; may have to reflash because it appeared to be halfway started before it should have been.

May have been operator error - I was using my mobile / GPS profile which may not have the same tgs enabled. Fixing that.

Yup, operator error - the SDS100 also works fine with DE.

1st find someone that has the firmware
2nd search here for the articles from UPMan on how to install the firmware when we were testing BETA FIRMWARE.
3rd follow the directions in UPMans post.

I'm everywhere Focker!
Not sure how this would world since the latest update was to the main and sub. I'm wondering if you'll need to find the last sub update and do that first, then update to the one before the latest. Just thinking out loud.
