How to detect High Frequency / EM waves ?

Hello,

I'm being attacked daily by an electromagnetic pulse, feels like a sharp knife stabs to the brain in an instant.
Law enforcement can't even comprehend it when I report it to them. 🫤
This EM weapon has been publicly documented as "Havana Syndrome".

What is so strange is that there is lack of information how people can protect themselves, from this EM Weapon.

Any RF / Microwave guru/expert here can shed some light how I can detect the EM pulse going into my home?
I read that a Faraday cage is usually used to block EM waves, not sure if this is effective to block strong HF EM waves.

Some said it won't be possible to detect the EM pulse because the attackers are using high frequency which is difficult to detect.

Hope some explanation can be given, I have some experience in high speed PCB design.

There are broad band detectors that will show the presence of RF from fairly low frequency to many GHz. I usually don't promote this company who sells a meter that is not calibrated to anything and is responsible for some mass hysteria from people testing their microwave ovens and cell phones thinking they are harming them, when its actually the meter set way too sensitive. I have the older 100XE model and this one claims to be more sensitive which you may not want for detecting higher levels.

I also have to ask why you think you are the target of someone sending high power RF at you? That would take some expensive equipment, a big power source and personnel to operate it. Why would someone spend lots of $$ to do this to you?

Sonic weapons don't work through walls but RF can. There have been early passive listening devices which picked up acoustic vibrations
(voices) and were excited from an external high power RF source then harmonic frequencies were picked up and voices detected. This took a lot of RF and people in the targeted room were getting sick due to being in the huge RF field. There may also be cases of people being purposely bombarded with high power RF to make them ill. But most of the complaints probably have nothing to do with being attacked by high power RF. This goes back to my question of why would someone spend lots of $$ on you to do this? Are you working in an embassy? Have you somehow pissed off the Russians or Chinese government?

I got a couple of RF proof suits and they are a real PIA to wear for any length of time. I kept this one at work for emergencies and it got used once when we had a suspected high power RF leak and another time as a bee suit. This one is made from synthetic screen that is silver plated. I prefer to wear it over regular clothes and a hoodie then coveralls over the suit to keep it from snagging and tearing. Not fun in the summer.

I'll ask again, why would YOU be targeted? What you describe would be a very involved operation requiring many technical people, expensive equipment, and lots of money. What have you done that would invite something like this?
