I'm everywhere Focker!
I found at least threes states with a Blanchard. You’ll need to be a little more specific.

Not being a local to your area, I can only offer some suggestions for monitoring Blanchard (OK) fire. It appears that they have likely migrated to the Oklahoma Multi-Agency Communications System (OMACS). This is a trunked Project 25 Phase II system that uses several “sites” around the state. Given you interest in Blanchard FD, I would suggest trying these two site on the OMACS.

1st – Dibble site Oklahoma Multi-Agency Communications System (OMACS) Site: Dibble

2nd – Purcell site Oklahoma Multi-Agency Communications System (OMACS) Site: Purcell

It is possible that McClain Co is dispatching Blanchard FD on the County Fire Dispatch TG (1279)

Also they may still be simulcast with the VHF fire frequencies. In checking RR, they are listed below. Please note that they are DMR. Your scanner must be compatible with receiving DMR. DMR is an upgrade to a BCD325P2 scanner.
