Hurricane comms

I was just thinking that maybe we should have a forum for live feed comms for major hurricaines and winter storms and such. That gustav was very interesting. I would like maybe to see something like that for Hanna if she becomes big. Just my thought.

I recommend we stick to the regional forums for this and use the wiki for reference related information.

That process has worked really well lately.
