I need help programming a PRO97

I would like to ONLY hear one talk group of my local PD with my Pro 97.

This is the Talk Group,
RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference Database

I have programmed only the listed control channels and that TGID and put the Pro97 in Closed mode... still doesn't seem to be working right...

The PRO-97 does not support rebanding and that system has rebanded. It will not properly track that system nor the talk group.

Well when I program the control channels I hear CPD audio... ? Maybe I don't fully understand Rebanding...

You will hear some traffic (on the non-reband channels) but when the control channel tells the scanner to switch to one of the new channels the scanner will switch to the wrong channel resulting in nothing heard.
