PSR-800: I need Phase 2 for grecom psr 800 scanner for p25

I have a grecom psr 800 that has only phase 1. I need to know if and how to get phas2.

The PSR-800 was originally P25 Phase 1 only. It was converted to Phase 2 with a firmware update. PSR-800: - updating to phase 2 firmware?

Despite saying the CPU updater file was too large to upload in the link I provided, I downloaded and extracted the file without any error indication. Unfortunately, I don't have a PSR-800 to try it.
