There was partial encrypted traffic a few days ago, submitted the database update. I have a feeling it’s not long until they go fully encrypted.
Appears like they are fully encrypted now. Will give it a few days to confirm before making the submission to DE.

Once you move you will not have these issues anymore. Me long gone forever. California is just a mess with fires and the cost of living and so on with Gas. In Texas you buy a new three bedroom home for 280K. Gas prices are 2.30 a gallon. Open carry and conceal carry and absolutely no gun laws. But whatever you want and how many you want and go home the same day.

All Schools in my county get a marked sheriffs vehicle and an armed sheriff all day long at the schools. Everyday when kids are in school. Also, armed security guards with teachers strapped and loaded too. You will never be able to hurt our kids. All the new schools and existing schools all windows are bullet proof and the schools are all locked down at all times. Every weekend event for kids sports there is an armed sheriffs at all times at all the schools no matter what. No state income tax but home property tax is like 1.8 percent. So you do pay a bit somewhere else.

Also, every school has its own cellular tower with 5G at all times. Planted on big towers at all schools. Kids do not have issues with 5G or Cellular coverage. It's very refreshing to know you can feel safe and not worrry about your kids and so on. You would never see this in California on this magnitude. LMR stuff is all pretty much good. No issues much at all. It's been two months and I will never go back to California ever at this point. No quality of life. It's over with. Too much damage and now all the fires the state is even 10 years more behind than they were already. Everyone drives big trucks and SUV's because GAS prices are never an issue ever. Nobody talks about home prices every either.

Are Culver City FD, Beverly Hills FD, and Santa Monica FD talkgroups ever active on the Oat Mt. system? I'm just wondering if it is worth adding those TGs to my database. Thanks.

Thanks, Patin. Unfortunately, the only site I get consistently well is Oat.

Seeing Phase 2 emissions on the Oat site, Site 12. TG 11 ($B), 100% AES-256 with key $2001. Very active. So far I've only seen P2 emissions on the 471.8375 MHz voice channel. I can't hear any of the other sites, so I can't tell you if they have Phase 2 emissions.

Just checked Glendale, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City and South Bay and confirmed none are transmitting Phase-II yet.
I know ICI for a couple years now has been in the in the process of securing funding and slowly upgrading sites to make them Phase-II capable.

Was just listening to the Burbank Police Broadcastify for a call going out near my house and based on the sirens and the arrival of the police it doesn’t seem like there’s a 15 minute delay anymore. Anyone else know anything?
