The more towers you program in, the more likely it will be that you will hear all of the radio traffic. If I were in your situation, I would program towers 306, 307, 352, and 356. Your radio will scan the frequencies from each tower. If the radio picks up a transmission, it will stop and you will hear it, according to whatever TGID's you have programmed in your radio. I am not familiar with the type of radio you are using. I use Uniden. On the Uniden, you can toggle your scanning to "ID search" or "ID scan". In "ID scan" mode, you only hear the talkgroups you have programmed in. In "ID search", you can hear all of the traffic on the system (tower) you are listening to. Maybe someone here knows how to toggle that feature on your radio. This is why you are picking up Ameren and traffic from other ISP districts.
