And don't forget... 712 ran more bodies than 765 did. I've heard that complaint too many times to count... from you know who. Looks like your "king of death" moniker has followed your career, Dave. :D

And.......as y'all hanksters all very well know that the EMS trucks that complained the most usually got more than theirt share of body calls LOL. Kinda like the old thing about "That's not in my coverage!" Reply by dispatch..."Get outta the truck and look at the symbol on the door, thats your coverage!". (State of Alabama).

Or the old..."We don't know where that is". Dispatch reply..."Stop the truck and give the map book to your partner and then proceed to the call only after you both figure out where it is". Those were the days...

Well, maybe THATS where I got my saying from now when the police complain something is not on their beat....." Your badge and your car says Birmingham, your gas is paid for, your car is paid for, now go"

Thanks Horsehead (Carl) for giving my such good insight to dispatching....lol.

When the University of Alabama announces its new Head Football Coach, the T-Town Traffic Tac ought to be interesting.

Not to mention the University Police. :D

Hey, I wonder if there's a way we could scoop the Tuscaloosa News by monitoring the AD's radio system?

Anybody got some FREQS?!?

Heh...

I remember the quiet times when I worked dispatch at EBR, one of the guys who worked in the jail would break the monotony by dialing a 1-900 phone sex and transfer it down to communications or one of the road guys would call in and disguise his voice saying he had just got home and somebody stole his house, Being the new kid on the block I had to take the call.(location etc). Oh how i miss the Good ole Days.

Nooooooo!!! :) Don't give anyone any ideas! You wouldn't believe how many emails we've been getting from people who are already tracking the UA planes all over the country. After the jack balls that tried to replace Tuberville got burned by people tracking their planes, the last thing Mal Moore is going to do is fly to some secret meeting in a UA plane... I think... I would hope. :D Can you imagine how many people would be "thinking" that they heard Mal?

Mine were '85 - '98. No wonder I've had 3 back surgeries! Send me a PM.
