Stop, please. if you are in the US, please order from R&L electronics as to not get a clone. Order a random unit from Amazon and you will be disappointed. The cost of the genuine article is $130. Don’t get scammed.

TinySA Ultra has no ability to change the demodulator used for the audio output. It is AM ONLY.

Instead of a NanoVNA, look at the LiteVNA64. Good to 6Ghz plus.
Re the TinySA Ultra, only place in the US to get them and not get a clone is from R&L Electronics, around $130. They're fantastic for the price. Not sure what the modulation type has to do with it, it's a spectrum analyzer. You can also display a waterfall if that's your thing.
Got mine from R&L also! Quick replies and great shipping....no clone and Great price!

You missed post #8.
It demods wide/narrow AM as well as wide/narrow FM. The generator part modulates 1KHz and 10 KHz.
The SD card is 32 Gb max, enough to save a bunch of setups and session logs.
Set sweep to zero, it will output a -10Db CW signal.

No, I didn’t miss it. Those options are only for the sig gen. Demod is AM only.

Question, how do you get the Ultra to listen? I put it in listening mode, and tuned around the FM broadcast band, but I can't hear a thing. What am I doing wrong?

I might be wrong but the ultra is the one that demodulates.
Set frequency for a single station (start/stop) go back and set measure more.
select FM/AM as needed
Should have audio at the earphone jack next to the SD card slot.

Mine is the Tiny SA ultra. Must be broken because it has settings in the menu for FM/AM W/N demod.
Please supply a screenshot of menu settings for demodulating FM/AM W/N.

The specification indicates the following: Headphone output for listening to the demodulated audio (AM only). Stereo connector only, high impedance is louder, short protected
Thanks for that. After posting, I discovered that the volume control is shot on the speaker, so I need a new one that actually works.
There is no volume control and no speaker on the TinySA Ultra, maybe you're talking about an external one?

Actually, yes, the speaker is external. Apparently the volume control isn't working, so I ordered a new speaker. In the meantime, how do you set the modulator demo dilators. I just got the tiny sa ultra yesterday, so I'm still learning about it.

It is not possible to set any demodulator options. The only audio the TinySA Ultra can output is AM only.
