That's been off for quite a while. I don't believe they're using that as their back up dispatch anymore.

maybe I'm totally off base, but I just got a SDS 100 and loaded the Jacksonville City - First Coast Radio settings into the scanner and I'm picking of JFRD just fine here in Mandarin.

I believe the radio system is a trunked P25 system.

JFRD used to simulcast their dispatch TG on 460.575, it was also used as a back up dispatch with two tone paging. It is no longer in use.
