I'd verify with someone there who is monitoring them that they aren't encrypted because, if they are, they won't hear anything anyway. Just throwing that out there. They may be in the clear (not encrypted) so a DMR-capable scanner will work.I have to buy 2 for this area hoping can get buy with a cheaper ones. there going to my mom and aunt there not taking this change very good
Yeah, as said...they are DMR now. DMR: Digital Mobile Radio protocol. Thus the noise. You have to have a DMR-capable scanner to decode that modulation.mom said they was hearing the so ok till last week then there was what sounded like digital noise now cant here anything
