KAS20s keeps crashing

Hi,

We have successfully configured the KAS20s and KAS20c software to retrieve and display our vehicles GPS location. Unfortunately we are experiencing a big problem KAS20s keeps crashing, it only lasts about 5 minutes.

Any hint on how to approach this issue?

What version? 3.17 came out 8 months ago.

Also did you look at the log files to see what was really crashing? Database?
Exe it self will stop if the database pukes.

So far I have tried 3.01, 3.16 and 3.17, all with the same behavior, therefore I find it hard to believe the same bug is in all those versions. There must be something else.

As far is I know database is not crashing.

We have also tried in different servers and desktop computers, windows 10, windows 11 and windows server 2016, today we'll try on windows server 2022.

Do you 16 or more RAM? 20 is a heavy resource hog.
