The fans in those units must be loud when in operation. I have 1 right now and it's loud when turned on...

i swapped all the fans for a quieter model still sounds like a server room buit its not as bad as the factory units

updated the shack a bit , added a SDS200. Thining out the harris stuff since I seem to use the 7300 more lately and never really talk on VHF and UHF anymore, and my receiving habits have changed a bit
