Kentucky Utilities DMR System Question

So I know that KY Utilities is on a DMR tier 3 system.

But I am receiving KU traffic on 452.700 (apparently originating from Pineville) and its on DMR. But when I set it up as a trunked site, it doesnt hear it. So, is it conventional? Trunking systems confuse me so much
