King County Dispatch definition

Listening to King county and hear an automated voice dispatch pretty sure from NORCOM calling for I believe to be "MFL" I cant figure out what it stands for, when I've searched the internet all that pops up is "Massive Fire Loss" from insurers and MFL ambulance co. but not in WA. Any ideas or know what MFL stands for or a correction to what I'm hearing?

I believe might be MSO Medical Services Officer. It could sound like MFL over the automated dispatch channel.

Thank You! funny you would think the automated dispatch would be very clear but this MSO combo runs together. I will keep an ear out todya.
