Anyone from Kingston or Frontenac County , know if Kingston Fire TGs are encrypted , and if so. Are the mobile repeaters encrypted also?

A note from the Kingston P25 trunk Wiki page reads as follows:
The Kingston P25 system came online in late 2018 and ALL users including Transit, Fire, Police and public work is utilising Full AES 256 encryption, meaning that no scanner can monitor it. However, Kingston Transit uses private calls on the new system to communicate back and forth between buses and control.
