I have been hearing sparse digital traffic on freqs 139.2125, 139.0625 in the Paducah area. Hearing "46 Alpha Office Frankfort" and "leaving this area returning to that area". If I understand these are allocated to KY National Guard and KY Emergency Management. Any info on users of freqs?

Thanks,
Richard

139.4625 & 139.9625, one is downtown Louisville area, the other is most likely Oldham County area.

But they both transmit the same traffic, and have been busy of late.
