Putting in a new LCRA specific thread for any discussion on LCRA topics.

Today getting a strong CC signal on 773.05625 identified as 128.28 with local neighbors to DeWitt County to the north of Cuero. I am positive this is Concrete which already has a 900 MHz OpenSky site. I have deleted the old 128.28 Nacogdoches and put this in it's place. It should greatly help Gonzales County to the north with coverage on that end of their county, but I think DeWitt is about to build out their own system, which I'll put in a separate thread.

Picked up Site 147 last night using same frequencies as shown for Wesar 146.46. Traffic was mostly Fayette Co. SO. Guess would be that its Schulenburg as it has an Opensky site also.

It’s definitely Schulenburg, but it’s a short tower beside DPS office. Probably just local in town coverage for the PD and SO.

Updating the database with Schulenburg and moving 128.28 to Cuero. It is not at Concrete, it is actually on a tower on Cheatham Rd by the GVEC substation, built by LCRA in 2024.

Dang, that’s interesting. 102.2 was Creedmore and 104.4 was San Marcos before those became simulcast cells, and same with 127.27 as Dripping Springs before it became simulcast. Did it give any control channels for 102.2 and 104.4 or are those possibly legacy entries from an old P25 Data File?

Based on the neighbor lists, 127.27 could be a Blanco County site that has been added, and 166 may be a new number for New Braunfels which has been rumored to be going simulcast as well, seeing as it is smack dab in the middle of all those neighbors and does not show 103.3 as a neighbor, which is the legacy NB site.
