Mark, while you are in Lebanon on your scanner you are hearing Crawfordsville Power and Light Company going out over Mutual Aid on Safe-t. Is this what you are asking? According to the Current RR database for Montgomery County Crawsfordsville Power and Light is not on Safe-t. They are on VHF on 153.71 and 152.435.
