I’ve been monitoring the Cap+ system in Lexington, but talk group 10 for AMR dispatch hasn’t shown up at all on the system. Does anyone know if they went encrypted or moved to another system?

AMR has stopped using radios for most of their operations. They now use a CAD system on cellphones that the crews have. Radios are still used in some cases, just not frequently.

Heard some AMR radio checks the other day off the Taylor Mill site in Kenton County.
TG:11 was referred to as St. Louis Dispatch
TG:12 was referred to as Erlanger Ops

Of note, I am also hearing TG:201 off the Taylor Mill site, not related to AMR.

TG 201 is Osbourne Contracting, It is possible that all the sites are linked like this system is linked to the ERS in Owensboro.

Just Heard Lexington AMR call over MedCom 1 on 463.0000 in Lexington for a incoming patient. So it is safe to say they still use radio Communication
