HP-1: Line out?

I have a chance to buy a hp1 for a decent price, but the locals are running nexedge. So can the line out on the hp1 be used like a discriminator tap? I think I read that before but I cant find it again to verify it. Does anyone use an hp1 with dsd+ and does it work okay? Thanks

With the extreme, it will use the USB. I know one can run Unitrunker as I have done it. I can not verify using for DSD.

Line out provides line level audio, not discriminator audio.

So, it won't work as a discriminator tap.
