Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRIB) on 13650 at 0325Z with station identification and islamic prayer. At 2:30 into the clip the signal suddenly dropped and the Voice of Korea (North Korea) could be heard in background. Thought it was interesting

China coming in with strong signal at 1200Z on 9570kHz. Riyadh in on 15.205 MHz with Qur'an readings in song (?). I usually hear several Middle East stations including Iran & Kuwait at around 2000Z on various bands & frequencies with varying signal strengths mostly on the 15 & 17 MHz bands with Riyadh on 17.615 & 15.380 among other frequencies & Kuwait on 15.540 plus other less readable frequencies. It appears that the 21 MHz band is starting to open up more with more SW broadcast stations appearing at the times I listen & more activity on the 15 meter ham band & some on 10 meters. A nice sign of summer in the near future.

Addition:

Kuwait coming in at 1325Z on 21.540 MHz with variable signal strength. I can't tell whether the signal is getting better or starting to fade. I guess I'll find out within the hour but my experience says it should be getting better as the day progresses.

Great catch! I'm getting Kuwait about S20+ here on the east coast on 21.540kHz.

Voice of Greece very strong signal S20+ with beautiful Greek music on 7475kHz. This is one of my favorites! Time 0329UTC

9850 KHz - Russia at 1040Z. Havana took over with their usual booming signal at 1100Z.
9580 KHz - Australia at 1048Z with an S9+ signal.
9700 Khz - New Zealand at 1053Z. S7.
11620 KHz - China at 1103Z. Very weak signal fading to nothing. Normal here for the Far East at this time.
11240 KHz - Japan at 1152Z. Weak. Same as above.
11825 KHz - VOA at 1232Z.
11835 KHz - China at 1247Z. S6.
15195 KHz - Radio Free Asia at 1241Z. Readable S3 sig.
15340Z KHz - China at 1245Z. S6.
17770 KHz - Radio Free Europe at 1255Z in what sounds like Russian. S3-4.

It's good to see the frequencies getting higher early in the morning.

15 April chasing China. English programming on 17620 KHz. The rest in presumably Chinese. Anyhow I can't understand it, lol.

11915 KHz - China - 1127Z - weak signal barely readable at times
17620 KHz - China - 1440Z - S8 w/flutter. Sign off at 1500Z just about the time they were getting stronger.
14430 KHz - China- 1505Z - S3-S9, flutter
