The TN Guard has been using TACN in West Tn for over 2 years. Every Wednesday Weekly Radio Test Statewide.

It's all a matter of me being around the computer for me to hear and see it.

That list is what I have personally heard (or seen in the case of encrypted stuff) broadcast on my local tower.

Obviously some of the stuff like THP has been documented for a while. The local stuff most definitely has not been documented because we didn't have a P25 system in place until now.

My Carroll County submissions have been posted since mid-August. I didn't submit the others you have heard, but I'll be happy to if you want.

I'm just letting local folks know what has come through our tower. You are welcome to do what you want with them.

I just caught another one a couple hours ago, 49223. I wasn't near the computer so I don't know who it was, but it falls right in with the talkgroup numbers that have been assigned to various agencies in Carroll Co.

Keeping the database up to date is certainly a goal here so I would request those who find talkgroups to submit them to the database when you are certain enough with what the TG is. I certainly appreciate it! Since I'm only an occasional visitor there, I'm not really able to run discovery or logging software to find them myself. All updates and submissions are appreciated.

Ok, I filtered out everything that is on the state database, and the three local ones already listed. When future ones come online, I will try to get them in as well. I only looked at Carroll County and didn't see HPD already listed under Huntingdon, so it was included on my list. I think they will catch it.

There is no way for me to know that unless I someday hear them talk. As for P1 and P2, TACN is P1 control and P2 talkgroup, iirc.

I just heard them testing McKenzie. It was 49223 and 49224. One will probably be PD and the other FD.

Ok, I can confirm 49223 is McKenzie Fire.
