It's all a matter of me being around the computer for me to hear and see it.
That list is what I have personally heard (or seen in the case of encrypted stuff) broadcast on my local tower.
Obviously some of the stuff like THP has been documented for a while. The local stuff most definitely has not been documented because we didn't have a P25 system in place until now.
My Carroll County submissions have been posted since mid-August. I didn't submit the others you have heard, but I'll be happy to if you want.

I'm just letting local folks know what has come through our tower. You are welcome to do what you want with them.
I just caught another one a couple hours ago, 49223. I wasn't near the computer so I don't know who it was, but it falls right in with the talkgroup numbers that have been assigned to various agencies in Carroll Co.
Keeping the database up to date is certainly a goal here so I would request those who find talkgroups to submit them to the database when you are certain enough with what the TG is. I certainly appreciate it! Since I'm only an occasional visitor there, I'm not really able to run discovery or logging software to find them myself. All updates and submissions are appreciated.
Ok, I filtered out everything that is on the state database, and the three local ones already listed. When future ones come online, I will try to get them in as well. I only looked at Carroll County and didn't see HPD already listed under Huntingdon, so it was included on my list. I think they will catch it.

Just make sure to list each encrypted as Part time or Full Time encryption along with P25 Phase 1 and P25 Phase 2.
There is no way for me to know that unless I someday hear them talk. As for P1 and P2, TACN is P1 control and P2 talkgroup, iirc.
I just heard them testing McKenzie. It was 49223 and 49224. One will probably be PD and the other FD.
Appreciate the info. Are they like switched over to it as primary you mean? Or still in preliminary/testing phase? It'll still be a few weeks before I'm back in the area so I realize by then it may certainly be full time.
They are dispatching over it. It sounded like they were installing radios in their police cars earlier today. I know the VHF analog is still up too, but I haven't gone to the truck to get my Tait to check and see if DMR is up. I suspect it will all stay up until they have completed tweaking everything.
Edit: as I hit send, somebody in a blue Challenger ran through a yard in the University/Magnolia St. area of McKenzie and hit a bunch of garbage cans and stuff. LOL

It is Bridged and they have a few Radios for Testing both Fire and Police for now.
I finally saw and heard 49224 a few minutes ago. McKenzie dispatch paged MFD on it with no response until they repaged on their main talkgroup. I can't say with 100% certainty, but that puts me at at least 97.4% certainty that it is an MFD TAC channel.
Have the McKenzie PD and FD TACN talkgroups been submitted to the db yet? Could be waiting to confirm more or something but just checking as I don't see them listed yet.
I haven't yet. I will do that now.
