Mcminn Co Frequency Are Wrong

I dont know if this is happening to anyone else but the Mcminn Co frequencies are wrong and makes me doubt the site...For example Englewood city is really County and the County Frequency doesnt pick up and the Etowah FD is really the PD..... Does anyone know how often they update this and if they check them????

Users are the ones who submit the information. If you know they are wrong you can submit the info to RR for them to correct.

What is wrong about them? Englewood Fire Dept is on the McMinn County Fire Frequency 453.57500 with Dispatch tones 333.5 and 378.6. Englewood CIty Police is on the McMinn County Sheriff Frequency which is referred to as Primary and it is 155.70000

Etowah has two fire departments... Etowah City Fire and Etowah Rural Fire. Etowah City Fire has its own frequency 154.31000 and Etowah Rural Fire is on the McMinn County Fire frequency 453.57500 with dispatch tones 333.5 and 399.8 Etowah City Police has its own frequency and it is 155.65500

The listing of a fire frequency under Englewood City is a bit confusing. While Englewood Rural Fire is part of the county fire departments, they are also the city fire department. I believe they have one engine that is mainly used for fires in the city.

Which "County Frequency doesnt pick up".

Looks like he signed up to complain about the info being wrong and hasnt logged back in since the one post he made back in June of 2012. Also he couldnt answer "which county frequency doesnt pick up".

Updated for narrowbanding... Please reverify tones etc..... Also for those 2 encrypted P25 PD freqs, NAC's would be nice... just for database info. TY guys.

All the tones are accurate as far as I have heard lately. I don't monitor McMinn that much, but I will keep an ear on them and verify the tones. Hadn't listened to the Athens PD P25 since they were encrypted because of the noise, but since I got my PSR800 I can silence the noise. I'll see what I can find out and report back. I'm in the area a lot and can pick them up pretty well.

Submitted NAC for one of the encrypted P25 PD freqs. All the other tones are correct. I have been monitoring McMinn for several days now and everything else is the same.

The City Engine is E-33, But E-3 runs first due to City and County calls and is backed up by E-33 in the city.
