Post a screenshot of what your waterfall looks like.

If you are doing it right, and it is tuned to the current control channel, on the main screen you should see CONTROL in yellow next to it.

Make sure that when you set it up, you set it up as LSM and not C4FM. LSM is for simulcast cells. C4FM is for standalone sites.

Need some more info on your setup to try and help you.

Are you trying to listen to the Memphis tower (LSM) and the Shelby Simulcast tower (LSM), or just one of them. If just one, which one?

Memphis tower will require 3 dongles for full coverage, and Shelby Simulcast would require 4 dongles. If trying to listen to both then a total of 4 dongles will be needed.

How many dongles do you have? Inside or outside antenna? How far from towers are you?

What is the gain set on the dongle the control channel is on? Have you tried adjusting the PPM a little at a time till you lock onto the control tower?

I looked at the Memphis licenses, and Memphis looks like a simulcast as well, even though it is not marked as such.

Yeah I just checked and the map shows multiple towers. I edited my post.

I will need to get the other 3 dongles, this is new to me. Will I need to make any adjustments for the other dongles or will SDR Trunk allocate the traffic to each?

Click on the Channel tab (Details / Events / Messages / Channel). You should see signal, centered. Your PPM adjustment on your dongle may be off. You should be CONTROL instead of IDLE if you are actually parked on a control channel.

Each dongle has to have a unique serial number to work. Here is a great video on getting a system going. If you follow his steps he pretty well explains it all.

But, while waiting for more dongles, at least troubleshoot the one you have and figure out why you aren't capturing control channel data.
