A TACAMO had flown by, just south of the state line, around that time. Could that be sending out something that your scanner is receiving? (Command post type stuff.)View attachment 93417
385.0125, not hearing anything on it. Keeps bouncing back & forth between NFM & DATA! I'm at 12 & Bunert.
395.0125 sounds like a stuck mike?
Chuck.
I saw that on ADSB. It wasn't a BURN CH.A TACAMO had flown by, just south of the state line, around that time. Could that be sending out something that your scanner is receiving? (Command post type stuff.)
365.650 is usually for BOSON 41. Maybe getting interference on other freq & switched to BTN 14 / BOSON freq.Anyone have 365.650 AM for Demon Air to Air? Caught end but I think I heard them switch from 273.250 AM to this freq.
Lots of activity on 307.775 this afternoon. Sounds like some air-to-ground practice. Calling out targets, looking for artillery, etc. Have not been able to get a callsign or a location.
So this is my first time posting about mil air, and i'm just getting started in learning all this, so bear with me, and maybe someone can correct/shed light on this:
274.45,
Around 7:30pm, "99", "Steel 64" and one other call sign heard, doing what sounded like air refueling practice or training? with a finale of a practice break away as a last exercise. I caught a registration number of 59-1504 Boing KC-135T on flightradar24 on my phone, so I assume one of those were that guy. This was so cool to stumble into tonight. Total pick me up as I've been fighting a loosing battle on and SDR tonight...
