Found out I have to have the BCT15X set first.

That's not accurate. You could set up each scanner and ProScan instances independently of each other. I think you know that now. I just wanted to set the record straight in case others get the idea of having to setup one type of scanner first.

Just have to have the scanner you are going to program set.
Found out I can import Sentinel favorite files. Pretty much have it loaded up now. Forgot how crappy some of the aviation audio can be.

Ignore the BURN CH freqs. I don't think they were BURN CH now. The E-4B was with the KC-10's refueling over WI. No way I could hear him that far. I don't know what's making that noise, because it's still going.

I can verify the spelling on this one was WINDY11. Must have been doing something at Chicago; this goes with the 180th's very recent trend of using one-off callsigns tied to where they're going (like using MAIZE for a UM flyover months ago).

They also had a single-ship XC departure last week to LNK using the callsign ERNST11. Will watch to see if we see that one ever again...if so it *might* be another in the tradition of the 180th using local watering holes for their XC callsigns (LOMA = Loma Linda's, BUNKR = The Bunker Bar, ERNST = Earnest Brew Works?).

That may have been what I heard as well. I caught a few bits with good clear copy and then a local EMS agency caught the attention of my scanner. I gotta separate that stuff out into another radio.

Unless there is more than one Detroit River, it would most likely be a Selfridge ANGB, or Toledo OH, based unit.

I monitor Selfridge, and Toledo OH and it doesn't seem to be them. Closest I can find to that call is "ROCK" 176th FS Wisconsin ANG. Can't see them passing in range of me to the MOAs.

That's a new Toledo F-16 callsign. They've been using it about a year or 2 now. If they only have 3 flights you'll hear STING, BUZZ, & BUCKI. When they have 4 flights that's when you'll hear ROCKT.
