Quite often the military helicopters fly along 127. I've got an old scanner I would like to dedicate to Milair to hear them. Are there some standard freqs I can enter to maybe hear them?

When 58 was done doing an AR with 56. 58 wanted to do a position change. 56 came back & asked him if he was going to brief everyone on what he was going to do. Because 2 of them were at the same altitude. 56 asked him again if he was going to brief up what he was going to do. I don't remember the answer.

While I was listening to these guys. I was working on a plastic tank model. I was trying to put this one small piece together and I dropped it on the floor. I still haven't found that damn thing. I went spelunking under my bed earlier today and didn't find it.😃 I will find it eventually.

While out & about. I heard 2 A-10's come home around 04:00pm on 120.150 MTC twr. They were barely readable so I didn't catch a call sign.

Just before noon. 2 MTC tankers went up to AR-632B 238.900 to refuel someone? Then one of them departed the area for HILLTOP MOA to probably refuel Fort Wayne F-16's. Did not hear any of it on the scanners.

I’d have to check, I had good copy on the Fort Wayne F-16s on SNAKEPIT OPS. I’ll have to check the freuqency, think it was 289.something.

USCGTVC (MPSCS DEC: 4572) I've seen quite a bit of activity off node 1549. I am just a bit out of range by a few miles so I can't hear it at my house.

I'm trying to find USCGAV1 (to go with USCGAC2). My fire department has tasked me with creating a radio training and USCGAV1/2 are in our radios. I reached out to the coast guard and was told they are statewide USCG talk groups used for communication and mutual aid. They just refer to them as "CG Statewide 1" and "CG Statewide 2". They say USCGAV1 is used quite often so I find it hard to believe that it wouldn't have been found by now. I would like to put USCGAV1/2 in our department pagers so we have an idea of whats going on (being the fire chief and vehicles are the only ones who have 800 radios)

Does anyone have ideas on USCGAV1? I have a sneaky suspicion that USCGTVC may be AV1 being it's used so much and USCGAV2 is 4573 and USCGTVC is 4572 so very close in talkgroup DECs. I'm limited on the traffic that I can listen to being its tagged as military

Actually, 4572 is USCGAV1 and 4573 is USCGAV2.
